ICICT 2025 Submission Guidelines

Paper Submission Policy:

ICICT 2025 will not accept any paper that: Is currently under review at another conference or journal. Has already been accepted or published in another venue. Is submitted elsewhere during the ICICT 2025 review period. All submitted papers must be original and unpublished, reporting novel experimental or theoretical research. Papers must adhere to these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Manuscript Requirements:

Each paper should include an abstract (150-200 words), figures, tables, and references. The minimum page limit is 8 pages, and the maximum is 12 pages, following the Springer format. The paper should have 4-5 keywords. All figures and tables must be high-resolution and properly numbered. They should be referenced in the manuscript body. Tables must not be in image format. All mathematical equations must be prepared using a Math Editor (no equation images). No figures or tables should be copied from other papers or online sources. The manuscript should maintain a high level of language clarity. A language expert will review the final version. Grammatical errors are not acceptable.

Plagiarism Policy & Publication Ethics:

ICICT 2025 follows a strict anti-plagiarism policy. Every submission will be checked using Crossref Similarity Check (Turnitin) before review. Plagiarism must be less than 10% (excluding references). Papers exceeding this threshold will be automatically rejected. AI-generated content or ChatGPT-assisted writing is strictly prohibited. If plagiarism is detected at any stage, the paper will be rejected immediately. Authors found guilty of plagiarism may face the following sanctions: Rejection or removal of the article from final publications. Notification to their supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s). Reporting to academic ethics committees and research funding bodies. Public disclosure of the authors' names, affiliated institutions, and details of the misconduct.

Citation & Referencing Guidelines:

All references must be cited within the paper. Ensure all figures and tables are numbered properly and referenced in the text. Citations must be formatted as per Springer guidelines.

Privacy & Registration Policy:

Registrant contact details are kept confidential and are not shared without consent. Contact details may be used to notify participants of future events related to ICICT. Personal information collected during registration is used for verification and communication.

Springer Formatting Compliance:
